Printer is an important output device for any system. When need hard copy of any soft copy we must need a printer to print the document on paper. Printer may be connected through LPT port or USB port, but modern printers are come with USB port. Then it needs a driver for specific operating system version to install properly. After installation, printer icon will appear in control panel under Printers. Now before printing it must ensure that icon exist and work properly.  There are many possibilities for removal of printer software or driver by others wrongly or intentionally. Limit user from changing system time and date in Windows OS

Most of us do not concern with system date and time. But it is one of most important factor in all operating system because when all software need system date and time for any update whether it is server end or end user end. Here we are talking about the importance of system date and time and procedure to restrict user from changing system date and time from front end or user end. So we need to keep it intact without any unnecessary changes. Hiding Control Panel objects from Control Panel in Windows OS

In windows operating system, control panel is the main control window where user can control his system by simple and easy user interface. It is actually act as dashboard to manage different hardware and software. User can interact with different parameter and set personal settings for individual devices from control panel. So it is important to decide who will get access because if you do not set it, then anyone can easily change your setting from control panel which maybe unwanted for you. Disable or Enable Auto run for removable devices (Pendirve, DVD,etc)

Autorun or Auto play option enables executable files in removable media automatically execute without any prior permission from user. For an example, when we insert Windows installation CD into our CD or DVD ROM or writer it will start execution automatically and show a menu window for easy navigation of installation. Auto run has some drawback like if our CD or DVD or Pendrive contains any virus related exe file, then it execute automatically and affect our system after insert the removable media without any prompt. This can destroy our system in a second. So auto run is risky in this perspective. H ere also another issue, if exe files inside the media are somehow corrupted or wrongly coded then it just hangs our system after a period of time and we do not have any option except restart the system.
