PC continuously restart without showing display and keyboard response

PC constantly restarts is major problem, when something is going wrong with system hardware or operating system. Most of user had faced this bitter problem at least one time in their previous computer or laptop using experience.

Few days ago I was faced same type of problem with my PC. My PC was restarting without showing any display and no keyboard power. My operating system was Windows XP, 2GB RAM, Intel Dual Core Processor. First time I was worried, but I know I have the ability to solve this problem and finally I solved the problem. Below I show you how can I solved restart problem.

Steps:

1. First I checked if any short circuit in my Power or Reset Button cable in motherboard. I found no short circuit. It can simply test by tester by checking positive and ground pin of each cable connector.

2. Then I open the casing, and try to check my processor fan. I saw, processor fan also restarting with system that means cooling system of processor was OK. Then I switch off the power from electric outlet.

3. I removed my two RAM and try to find sound. I found sound so I clear RAM Slot was OK.

4. Then I clean and interchanged RAM, but still there was no solution.

5. After that I Check with only one RAM. Yes it working. Then wait for few minute and install second RAM...WOW is was OK.

N.B: If any one does not get any solution after following this instruction, then you may write to me about difficulties, I will give you further suggestions in extreme case.
