Facebook Password change, way and techniques

Password is most important part of any software, interface login or website user login system. Till today, password is preliminary security involve in this industry. So password is one of the security measures to authenticate and verify a user who has access permission to enter the system.

As password is an individual property for protection, it always set by user and store in database with encryption to ensure maximum protection. Like other website Facebook use password for primary option to user login verification. So we have to more serious and give more attention when set a password to prevent unauthorized login. After set password we need to change it time to time. So, it is also important to know the procedure of password changing in any system.

Here I describe steps by step techniques to change password in Facebook with illustration:-

1. Click the "Home" menu at the top right of your Facebook page.
2. Click on the drop-down menu, select Account Settings.
3. In the left pane select "General Tab".

4. In the right pane “General Account Settings” go to Password Level click on “Edit”
5. Now enter your current password, new password, retype new password then “Save Changes”

Tips: Please apply strong password policy so that outside can not get your password. You should set you password with Alpha-numeric and at least one special character combination. It is better if character combination with at least one Caps character. Password length should not less than six character and change your password every one month for safety.
